Mortadella and Burrata Sandwich with Hot Honey Drizzle

An easy yet luxurious sandwich made with toasted ciabatta, pesto, mortadella, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of hot honey — proof that sometimes simple things bring the most joy.
Sometimes all we need is a little perspective shift.
Life can get overwhelming, and it’s easy to get caught up in the noise and negativity — but small moments of joy can bring us right back to center.
Making this Mortadella and Burrata Sandwich was one of those moments for me.
A simple sandwich, layered with creamy burrata, savory mortadella, pesto, and a drizzle of hot honey — and suddenly I was reminded to focus on the blessings, the good things, and everything that’s going right in life.
Some days, it takes constant little adjustments to stay in that mindset, and that’s okay.
We just have to keep trying.
And most importantly… don’t sleep on this sandwich. 😉
(You can even watch me make it over on Instagram here if you want to see it come to life!)
