Chocolate Cherry Pistachio Bark

chocolate cherry pistachio bark

This Chocolate Cherry Pistachio Bark frozen treat is rich, chewy, crunchy, salty, sweet… and stupidly easy to make. Perfect for a summer afternoon when you want something fancy-ish but don’t feel like turning on the oven.

Ingredients:

  • Enough fresh cherries to cover the bottom of a 6×6 container (or whatever size you have)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup chopped pistachios
  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Line a small container (I used a 6×6 storage container) with parchment paper.
  2. Pit the cherries and press them into a flat, even layer across the bottom.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 15-second increments, stirring each time until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the cherries, spreading gently to cover the fruit.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and a generous pinch of flaky sea salt on top.
  6. Freeze until the bark is fully set (about 30–60 minutes), then break or slice into pieces and enjoy!

Words of Rizzdom

Ladies, find a man who leaves his phone face up when he gets up to walk away.
Is it a foolproof red flag test? Of course not. Some shady dudes will still leave their phones face up. And some solid guys might flip it over just out of habit.

But in general—it’s the energy. When a guy has nothing to hide, his comfort and confidence will rub off on you. And that little feeling of peace of mind? That’s priceless.

You deserve someone who gives you that calm, that safety, and that “I’m not constantly checking his phone screen when he walks back in the room” vibe.

I’ve been on both sides of this. I’ve been with the shady guy who has something to hide, and I’ve been with the men who are open books. I choose the open books every time!!
